Nine - Jennifer Raygoza

5 STARS

This book was a pleasant surprise. I had just read a horrible book that took me about 5 days to finish and I needed something to unwind. What drew me to the story was the opening line on the cover.

"It's not me out there. It's her."

I was absolutely captivated by her female character and her fight. She gave me a Pretty Woman vibe, and I loved that. Although, she's an escort, she does it not only to protect herself from entaglements but she does it to protect the only other person she loves, Jenny, her best friend.

So much that she is willing to take heat of the profession as long a Jenny is her assistant and never gets involved in the physical aspect.

Like Vivian, from Pretty Woman says, "We say who, we say when, we say how much."

She's an escort with a story and a clear purpose.

But she has rules, and Trig is more than tempted to break every single one of them, and BOY does he!

He is not your typical conman. He has a heart. Although he is fairly new in his selected and forced profession he does it to protect the ones he loves.

Wondering how? I recommend you absolutely give this author a chance.

All you need to know is that they are both joined by loyalty and a sense of survival.

It's an easy read. The story flows.

And the best angry love sex I have ever read, you can find at about 60% of the book.

Just absolutely incredible.

I can't wait for her next one on Trig!!!

Xoxo
